These terms govern your use of 1swipeprosolutions.com and any purchase of products from 1Swipe Pro Solutions ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The 1Swipe Curb Pro is sold at the price listed on this site in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time before an order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed with pricing or stock errors.

Promotional codes such as FREEDOM250 apply the stated discount at checkout, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or expire at any time.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and it ships.

Machines ship 3–5 days after payment is received, and tracking is emailed when your unit leaves. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Unused equipment in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping and any restocking fee. Contact us before returning any item. Used or damaged equipment is not eligible for return.

Equipment is warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery. The warranty excludes wear items, misuse, modification, and improper pressure or flow rates. The machine is designed for use with 12–24 GPM pressure washing equipment by trained operators wearing appropriate protective gear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

We collect the information you provide when ordering or contacting us (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) and basic technical data such as approximate country, pages viewed, and referral source. We use this to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve and market our products, including reminders about items left in your cart.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate, such as Shopify for payments and order processing and our shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information. Data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

This site uses cookies and browser storage to keep your cart, remember an applied promo code, and measure site performance. You can clear or block these in your browser, though the cart may stop working correctly.
